Personality AI company Crystal has been announced as No. 1,910 of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies for 2021.
Inc. magazine’s annual list recognizes the most successful private businesses in America. Influential brands such as Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, and Patagonia were first introduced nationally through the Inc. 5000 list and platform, while other companies continue to gain recognition through their exposure.
Contenders for the Inc. 5000 list are evaluated based on their revenue growth from 2017 to 2021 and must have been founded before 2017 to qualify. In order to be considered, companies must also meet the $100,000 minimum revenue required for 2017 and the $2 million minimum for 2020. Crystal exceeded the qualifications while boasting a 234% growth rate, landing at number 1,910 on the prestigious list.
Crystal uses an artificial intelligence technology called “Personality AI” to analyze data and predict anyone’s personality. Crystal is able to make predictions based on peoples’ answers to questionnaires or existing information they have created, like biographies, resumes, and social media profiles, and provide personalized, situation-specific advice to communicate effectively.
