You can now view personality insights in HubSpot.
Crystal, the app that tells you anyone’s personality, has announced its’ integration with HubSpot. Get started by downloading the Crystal Chrome Extension in the Google Chrome Store and installing HubSpot’s App Marketplace integration.
The new integration allows users to use the DISC model in their communications and outreach, access data, and build awareness to improve their sales. Crystal pulls data based on sales, incoming leads, email engagement, and more to show users where their team is thriving and where they could improve.
For example, in the data chart below, it is clear that most of these sales are closed with Di personality types. From the data, users will see that to make more sales they may need to target more DISC type Di personalities or adjust their strategy to reach other DISC types.

Luckily, with Crystal, users can learn how to reach those other personality types and have more efficient interactions. Crystal’s Quick Tips will guide users in interacting with different people in different scenarios. Crystal’s Personality AI will even tell users exactly how to create the best possible emails to grab the attention of prospects. Having this information within Hubspot will provide invaluable coaching opportunities for sales reps to better their outreach efforts.
