Since partnering with Crystal in 2020, GoTeam has been able to streamline its hiring processes in a number of ways. Using Crystal’s DISC personality framework, they are able to save valuable time and energy by classifying which candidates are best suited to certain positions based on their personality type.

Before Crystal, GoTeam was noticing that bias was playing too big of a role as their recruiters sought out new talent. In 2023, GoTeam is now asking its clients to classify themselves using Crystal’s DISC framework in order to more effectively match them with the best candidates for the roles they are hiring for.
