Annual billing on Crystal Predictions and Crystal Assessments saves about 17%, also roughly two months free, and on Assessments the annual plan gives you the full year of participants and reports up front. Either way you can cancel anytime.

Capacity, not features. Basic fits individual use, Pro fits power users, and Max is for teams that don’t want to think about limits. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle, and larger programs are quoted per team.

No. Crystal Predictions, Crystal Assessments (for your teams or clients) and the Crystal API are sold separately, and none of them requires Premium. Predictions starts at $59 a month, Assessments at $99 a month, and the API starts with self-serve credits.

Create an API key on the developer dashboard. The API and MCP server are credit-based: you pay per profile created and per read, re-reads in the same billing cycle are free, and the prompt endpoint costs nothing. Larger volumes and enterprise terms go through sales.
