INFPs’ natural attentiveness and care may help them succeed as counselors or therapists. They tend to be skilled at listening without judgement and helping others in any way they can, so they will likely find fulfillment in counseling others.
Teacher
INFPs have the ability to help others understand big concepts by explaining them with patience. This skill would serve them well in a classroom setting. Teaching would also allow INFPs to serve others in an impactful way.
Freelance Writer
Freelance writing may give INFPs a chance to explore complex ideas and think creatively. It would also allow them to follow a fairly flexible schedule and work alone, which will help them maintain a sense of personal freedom.
Social Worker
INFPs could use their compassion and empathy to show attention to children and families in difficult circumstances. Their skills could be used to benefit those who could really use a warm, friendly face and INFPs would have a chance to help others and connect with people on a deeper level.
Graphic Designer
Working in a graphic design position would allow INFPs to take full advantage of their creative side and turn visions into reality. They could also consider doing this freelance, as well, to have a chance at a flexible schedule.
Librarian
Being a librarian would give INFPs a chance to work in a quiet, peaceful environment. They would be able to help and connect with others through books. For an INFP with a passion for reading, this job would be a great option.
